We’re Hiring: Program Facilitator

On the Margins Family Therapy & Psychological Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate, organized, and relationship-centered Program Facilitator to support the coordination and delivery of our community-based mental health, leadership, and wellness programs.

The Program Facilitator will work closely with participants, facilitators, community partners, and staff to coordinate program logistics, support participant engagement, facilitate activities, and help create welcoming, culturally responsive, and healing-centered experiences.

Position details:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Hourly, nonexempt

• Hybrid and in-person work

• Regular afternoon and evening availability

• Occasional Saturdays and local travel

• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred

• Compensation: $30 to $34 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
