On the Margins Consulting

At On the Margins, provides tailored consultation services to support the development and implementation of programs that are culturally responsive, healing-centered, and rooted in community needs.

  • Our work centers the struggles of those who lie on the margins of society. Inspired by Dr. Kimberlé Chrenshaw’s article "Mapping the margins: Intersectionality, identity politics, and violence against women of color," we exist at the intersection of feminism and anti-racism to de-marginalize the margins.

  • We offer a wide range of consultation services that can be tailored to your organization’s specific goals and needs. We assist our partners in implementing anti-racist, trauma-informed, joy-focused, equitable, sustainable, and affirming programs, practices, initiatives, and policies.
